Enjoy visiting Avebury, Bath, Bristol, Castle Combe, Frome,
Glastonbury, Lacock, Longleat, Marlborough, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Stourhead,
Wells and Wilton. National Trust Properties and English Heritage sites abound!
Visit unique shops in Bath, Devizes and Salisbury. Splash out in
shopping centres like The Mall Cribbs Causeway Bristol, Clarke's Village in
Street and McArthur Glen Designer Outlet centre Swindon.
Return each day
to the comfort of this pretty house and throw open the French windows for a
barbeque, or on those cooler evenings let the instant flame fireplace provide
cosy warmth.
The house has recently been extended and totally

Dilton Marsh is a
thriving vilage with a pub, Post Office, hairdresser, grocery, fish and chip
shop, and Chinese takeaway! Opposite the house is a sports field and
children's play area. There are many walks locally and good pubs and
restaurants with excellent food surround the village.
The Village has
good transport links with a local bus service and a rural request stop train
station made famous by John Betjeman's poem on
the subject. Nearby Westbury has a mainline station with direct links to
Paddington and Waterloo (90 mins). Dilton Marsh has it's own village
